On 31 October Clarksons Platou will host its inaugural “Middle East Shipping & Offshore Seminar” in Dubai.  The Seminar will coincide with Dubai Maritime Week, organised by Dubai Maritime City Authority and brings together Clarksons’ analysts from across the Dry Bulk, Tankers, Specialised Projects and Offshore sectors who will be delivering their latest intelligence on developments in these sectors.  The event will also include an interactive panel discussion to allow attendees to question Clarksons’ experts about key issues in their markets.
